Kenny Chesney, Jake Owen to perform at 6th Annual Runaway Country Music Festival
March is still 8 months away, but many campers like to plan early.
According to Runaway Country Executive Producer, Gary McCann, “With the announcement of Kenny Chesney, Jake Owen and Old Dominion music fans have been calling to book their campsites even earlier than previous years.”
McCann continued, “To date we have announced just 3 of more than 25 artists who will perform on 3 stages at the 6th annual event. No question three pretty amazing artists so we are not surprised by the demand for camping. Hotels are reporting early bookings, as well.”
Camping is a big part of the festival vibe. Everything from small pop up tents to the largest, most extravagant rigs are common sights at Runaway Country.
Festival Reservation Manager, Tara Miller said, “We are happy to be able to offer more campsites at the new venue however it appears these will be reserved quickly. Plans are already underway to develop more camping adjacent to the festival site.”
Campers can view the camping layout at RunawayCountry.com then call to reserve or make their reservation directly online beginning at 10am EDT, Friday July 10th.
Customers can divide their ticket and camping purchase into 6 low, monthly payments. It’s easy and automatic with no credit check, and it is interest free. Just request EZ Pay at check out.
Runaway Country weekend begins Friday, March 18 at 11am running through to Sunday evening March 20. More artists will be announced in the coming weeks.
Runaway Country takes place at Osceola Heritage Park, 1875 Silver Spur Lane, Kissimmee, FL just off US Hwy. 192 approx. 20 minutes east of Disney World and 12 miles south of Orlando International Airport.
McCann concluded, “Last year we hosted visitors from 39 states, 10 countries and just about every county in Florida. It’s a fun weekend for music fans of all ages.”
